Sample collection is painless. After a cheek (buccal) swab is collected, the samples are securely shipped to BRT's laboratory, where we determine the probability of a relationship between two or more people. We then compile the DNA testing results into a report and send them to a court, the tested individuals, or to a representative of their choosing.
