BRT’s Sample Collection Method

BRT Laboratories, Inc. uses buccal (cheek) swabs as our preferred method of DNA sample collection at our authorized collection sites, and it is also the preferred method used at U.S. and foreign embassies.  Buccal (cheek) swabs and blood samples provide results with the same degree of accuracy; yet, since cheek swabs are easy and painless to collect, they are used in the majority of all DNA tests.
